As the head of the Corporate Secretarial division, she has enjoyed a long and distinguished career in managing people and their specific requirements.

Juen started out as a personal assistant and secretary for a well established company secretarial firm in 2008. She was quickly promoted to one of the lead Company Secretarial which mainly handling foreign clients, which she then topped by built a business of her own – Grats Management. Her expertise includes company secretarial services, incorporation of companies (local and offshore), winding up and striking off of companies. With over 10 years of experience, Juen is our ideal choice to take charge of corporate services.

Our founder is mainly working with the foreign market especially South Korea’s clients and has been in this market since 2009. We are also located at the well known Korean Town in Kuala Lumpur which is Solaris Mont Kiara where hundreds of Korean companies and businesses are located.
80% of our clients comprises of South Korea Clients.
We are very experience in handling their needs and understand their culture and practice better than any other firms as our founder are very keen in the country, South Korea.

As we mostly in the market of foreign clients, we now enhance our market to application of MM2H visa. Been in the field since 2009 but have not expand the area until 2017.
