The appointment of a Company Secretary is statutorily required in Malaysia. At GRATS, we have two (2) qualified Company Secretaries who can provide their professional secretarial services to our clients.

Foreigners can set up or establish a Private Limited (Sdn Bhd) company in Malaysia and hold 100% shares of the company.
Secretarial Services
We provide a full range of corporate secretarial works which include Preparation of Company Resolutions, Appointment and Resignation of Directors, Increase Capital and Transfer of Shares and others, at a minimum charge. No extra rates for Foreign Directors.
Payroll Services

We also provide payment services to EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB before the dateline of submission on your behalf to prevent late penalties!

We encourage preparation Monthly Accounting and do not worry about the hassles of sending the accounting documents to us. We provide pick up services by our in-house dispatsh without extra charge.
Calculation of SST
Sales and Service Tax has been introduced in September 2018 to substitute the Goods and Service Tax which was implemented in 2015. The SST is governed by the Sales Tax Act 2018 and Service Tax Act 2018.
We will do the calculation of SST for companies and help with the submission of it according to the dateline set up by Customs every 2 months.
Application of Business License
It is mandatory for every business premise or office to have the business license registered from the local municipal in order for companies to start trading in Malaysia.

We get approvals for your signboards from Dewan Bahasa and Pustaka without you need to stressing up your mind.
Application of Work Visa
This services includes the application of working permits for foreign expatriate personnel which will take about 3 to 6 months.

Our scope of work includes preparation of papers to submit to the Immigration department, meeting with employers to obtain details of applicant, applications for dependent's pass and payment & collection of passport from authorities
Partner Audit & Tax
Our partner team will advise on tax compliance requirements and assist clients in the preparation of income tax computation, completion and submission of statutory tax returns including submission of estimate / revised estimate of tax payable to the Inland Revenue Board.
